What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the data you provide: your name, email address, optional company, project type, and message. That is the only personal data we process. We do not run analytics tied to your identity, we do not sell or share data with advertisers, and we do not use third-party tracking pixels.
How we use it
We use your submission only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal if relevant, and follow up while the conversation is active. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not contact you about unrelated services.
Where it lives
Submissions are sent to a private inbox via Gmail SMTP. They are not stored in any separate database we control. Vercel processes the HTTPS request that delivers your message; it does not retain the body of the message itself. We use Upstash Redis only for short-lived rate limiting of the submission endpoint — your IP is hashed against a counter, never the message contents.
Retention
We keep messages while a conversation is active. If a thread has been idle for 12 months and no engagement is expected, we delete it on request or as part of routine cleanup.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you, and to confirm whether we are processing it. These rights apply under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Argentine Personal Data Protection Act (Ley 25.326), and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions. We typically respond within seven days.
Cookies
This site uses one functional cookie, "borop-lang", which stores your manually chosen language so the locale toggle remembers it. There are no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
